Service parking everything including breakfast was superb..loved the thosai Aunty corner with chicken curry was just out of the world. Hospitality by all the crews from reception to restaurant were good.

The room is spacious, i like that it is carpeted. I like the toiletries, OMG smells tremendous & relaxing. The front desk during check in Mr. Arief very kind & thoughtful, cheers to you. The bed is comfortable & quiet at night. Overall, worth the stay.

The ambience was great and value for money. Breakfast was very good. When I checked in, I had a problem with my Mobile data connection as it had expired. The check-in staff helped me with it and it helped alleviate my anxiety as I was riding to Frasers Hill the next morning. I had to rely on Google Maps. This is the second time I have stayed in Selayang Mercure and will certainly come back if I am visiting KL in future.

The room is unexpectedly comfy, very nice to sleep after a long day shopping. Now Mercure Selayang is one of my top list to relax. It is perfect if there is a bathtub.

Location is fine. Easy to access. Room is good & spacious. Restaurant is excellent, love it.

Very comfortable bed, good size room. Easy check in/out process. Nice view from room over roof tops looking towards city. Easy car parking on site.

Considering the room rate of slightly over RM200, we were generally pleased with everything but the bathroom, which has no bathroom door - meaning no privacy, especially when you aren’t travelling with your other half.
